The SEWPRO PSM-5020CH is an extra heavy-duty, electronically-controlled sewing machine with a 500x200mm working area designed for precise, programmable stitching on large, bulky, and high-strength materials. Built for industrial webbing, tie-down straps, and heavy synthetic materials, this model combines exceptional strength with advanced automation.

Powered by a 220V single-phase system with pneumatic presser foot drive, it offers a maximum speed of 600 RPM (material-dependent) and can handle thread sizes from 138 to 415. Its barrel shuttle hook ensures excellent stitch consistency even with thick threads, while the touch-screen display/programmer makes pattern creation and storage easy — with memory for up to 120 patterns.

For added productivity, the PSM-5020CH can be equipped with a hot knife thread cutter (optional) and cassette-style clamp for multi-cycle sewing operations.
