WE PROVIDE SERVICE AND SUPPORT FOR ALL INDUSTRIAL SEWPRO SEWING MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT WE SELL.
Unless otherwise stated, all new equipment from SEWPRO LLC is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice—any brand, any type. Used and refurbished machinery is warranted for a period of 3 months from the date of invoice. Sewing machine motors are warranted for one year from the date of invoice. Common wear items, such as the sewing hook, bobbin case, looper, bobbin, needle screw, tension spring, etc. are not covered under the warranty. Warranty does not cover unauthorized work, and all equipment repairs are warrantied for service at SEWPRO LLC. Customer is responsible for freight charges both to and from our location in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. Some exceptions may apply.
