Built for heavy materials
What makes a heavy-duty machine heavy-duty, and what we do before one leaves our shop.
The needle, the inner foot and the feed dogs all move the material together, so four layers of vinyl with a welt cord in between feed at the same speed on top and bottom. Nothing shifts, nothing puckers, and the stitch on the back looks like the stitch on the front.

Heavy-duty means the hook, the feed and the needle system are sized for the material, not the marketing. Our machines run bonded thread from 69 to 415, needles up to size 250, and stacks up to three quarters of an inch on the 441 class. Below, the materials we sew every week in the shop.
